DronePower1 LLC believes that every person should be able to get a quote, book a cleaning, and learn about our services — regardless of how they access the web. We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What We've Done

Our website is built with accessibility as a design consideration, not an afterthought. The steps we have taken include:

• Semantic HTML — pages use proper heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3), landmark regions (header, main, nav, footer), and meaningful list structures so screen readers can navigate efficiently.
• Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields, dropdowns) are reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Focus indicators are visible and meet minimum contrast requirements.
• Color contrast — text and interactive elements are designed to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
• Alternative text — all meaningful images include descriptive alt attributes. Decorative images are marked with empty alt="" so screen readers skip them.
• Form labels and error handling — all form inputs are associated with visible labels. Required fields are identified, and error messages are descriptive and programmatically associated with the relevant field.
• Video and motion — autoplay videos are muted by default and include controls. Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query where implemented.
• Responsive design — the site is fully usable at any viewport width from 320px up, including on mobile screen readers. Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Skip navigation — a "Skip to main content" link is present at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users who want to bypass the navigation.

Known Limitations

We are a small team and our site is continuously evolving. Some areas we are actively improving:

• Third-party booking widget — the Zenbooker booking interface is provided by a third party. We have limited control over its accessibility implementation and are working with the vendor on improvements. If you encounter barriers in the booking flow, please call us directly at 303-406-2220 and we will book your appointment by phone.
• Video captions — some video content on the site does not yet have closed captions. We are adding captions to all informational video content as part of ongoing improvements.
• PDF documents — any downloadable documents (quotes, service summaries) may not be fully accessible. Please contact us if you need information in an alternative format.

If you encounter any barrier on dronepower1.com or need assistance accessing any part of our service, we want to hear from you and we want to help. You can reach us by:

• Phone — 303-406-2220. We are responsive and happy to assist over the phone, including walking you through a quote or booking.
• Email — [email protected]. Please describe the page or task where you encountered difficulty and the assistive technology you are using, so we can reproduce and fix the issue.

We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 2 business days.

Reporting an Issue

We welcome feedback. If you find a page, form, or piece of content that is not accessible to you, email [email protected] with:

• The URL or page title where the issue occurred.
• A description of the barrier you encountered.
• The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using (if known).

Your report goes directly to the team that maintains the site. We track all reported issues and prioritize fixes based on impact.

Our Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time audit — it is an ongoing practice. We review pages for accessibility whenever we make significant design or content changes, and we conduct periodic audits of the full site. Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across every page and to go beyond compliance wherever practical.
